Description

Perfectly hard-boiled eggs offer creamy yolks and tender whites, making them a versatile addition to any meal.


Ingredients

  • Water (enough to cover eggs by an inch)
  • Ice (for ice bath)

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water.
  2. Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Cover the pot and remove from heat once boiling.
  4. Let eggs sit for 9 to 12 minutes for desired doneness.
  5. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Peel eggs under running water if necessary.
